Overview
Financial Lines Claims Adjuster London To circa £60,000 We are currently recruiting for a Financial Lines Claims Adjuster on behalf of our client, a highly regarded, growing insurer with an excellent reputation in the market. The successful candidate will join the company's growing Financial Lines Claims team, handling all classes of UK / International Professional Indemnity (including Construction PI) and D&O claims. This small team is headed up by a great manager, who enjoys and is skilled at developing their staff. Responsibilities The role will focus on handling claims from first advice to resolution, including coverage, legal liability and quantum analysis, written on both Company and Syndicate paper. The claims portfolio has an international element, with losses arising in Australia, Europe, Canada and the US, as well as the UK. In addition, the role also involves oversight of TPA service providers, coverholders and external legal advisors, as well as working closely with market leaders and brokers to ensure the company continues to provide a premier claims service. Requirements Candidates must have 2-6 years' experience of Professional Indemnity classes, ideally with good knowledge of Construction professions. Candidates will ideally have both PI and D&O adjusting experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management (both internal and external) skills are required. Company and Lloyd's Market experience considered.
