A position has become available within this UK manufacturer for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their successful organisation. This position will suit a candidate that has strong communication skills on all levels, previous experience within a team environment, providing strong customer service as well as previous administration experience. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a leading organisation. Salary - up to £25,000 for the right candidate 25 days holiday Some of the duties will include: Receiving and processing customer orders Confirming order discrepancies with customers Liaising with production team in regards to delivery times Generating dispatch notes Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email Working with internal teams in regards to customer prices, terms and lead times Processing debit notes from customers Arranging collections where necessary Dealing with queries in regards to debit notes Providing all round administrative help The suitable candidate: Previous experience within a similar position Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service Professional telephone manner SAP experience would be desirable Good team player High level of attention to detail Good IT skills with ability to learn new systems Looking for the next step in your career?
