Overview

Collections & Litigation - Customer Support Agent Dynamic, customer focussed, and great problem solver required to join an independently owned financial service organisation, on a full-time permanent basis. Providing a broad range of products, this company are now seeking an experienced telephone-based Collections and Litigation Agent to join their Customer Support Team at their offices based in central Watford. Joining the team, you will assume responsibility for secured term expired and unsecured recoveries accounts; driving reductions in these portfolios and be responsible for the effective collection’s strategy. Includes, but not limited to: Providing customer support and guidance Proactively contact clients to discuss current arrears Proactively manage accounts and customer correspondence Liaise with various third parties throughout the arrears management process Ensure all systems and tracing processes are utilised You must have experience of collections or arrears management and litigation procedures to be considered. Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and accuracy is essential to organise and prioritise workloads. This is a Monday to Friday position, excellent basic salary, plus company pensions and private healthcare.
