Overview
Learning Disability Support Worker Salary up to £12.00 per hour paid weekly. Full-Time, part time or flexible working shift patterns available. Shifts include earlies, lates and long days in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. Are you looking for a job where you can make a positive impact and no two days are the same? As a support worker with Better Healthcare, you will have an opportunity to work with a variety of clients with learning disabilities helping them to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will be promoting independence and choice, providing emotional and physical support to enable them to live life as full as possible within their home and out in the community. You will assist with personal care where needed and undertake household chores, including meal preparation and general cleaning duties within the home. The ideal candidate will have: Experience of providing support to vulnerable adults. Possess excellent people skills. Have a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities. Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships Be able to demonstrate positive personal authority. Have great communication skills.
