Overview
Working for a market leading international organisation based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, you will be joining the business as Finance Manager focusing on UK sites. Supported by a team of two you will be responsible for the forecasting, analysis and reporting of the business units results. You will be a natural leader and have a track record in investing and upskilling your team to grow future talent for the organisation. The role is high profile within the organisation as you will report directly into the Senior Leadership Team so you will be comfortable influencing and engaging business leaders in your current role. You will be: Analysing and reporting monthly and quarterly results to the SLT Overseeing and consolidating the rolling business unit forecast Taking ownership of the delivery of the Business units annual plan Supporting the SLT with scenario modelling and preparing financial reporting packs We are looking for a fully qualified accountant who has operated in a highly responsible role within a complex international organisation. You will be proud of your ability to accurately forecast and providing accurate and relevant financial analysis and reporting - and can clearly demonstrate the commercial impact you have made in your current role. In return you will be joining a highly respected preferred employer within the Peterborough area. You will be required to travel to other locations within the UK, and demonstrate your ability to impact and influence the SLT based in the US.A.
