Overview
Exciting new opportunity for a Research Manager to join this growing research offering. Based in the heart of London, the company has an open plan office, with a friendly and professional working environment. The Company The company was set up to help individuals understand their finances and to make sense of investments. They work closely with several financial service clients, providing a range of subscription and bespoke research solutions to them. They are now looking for a Qualitative Research Manager to join their team. This role can also be qual led, with some quantitative research as well if that is desired. The Role In this role, you will be working on a range of research projects, managing these from start through to completion. Key duties include:- - Writing proposals and attending pitches, in response to briefs from clients - Creating topic guides to be used for conducting focus groups and in-depth interviews - Moderating focus groups and conducting in-depth interviews (both online and offline) - Pulling together the information to pull out the key insights and messages, then presenting this to clients in both report and presentation format - Managing external fieldwork suppliers when required. - Working alongside the quantitative team members on mixed-method projects. The Candidate - Educated to degree level, with a keen interest in financial services and investments - Strong qualitative research background, ideally having some experience working in financial services. - Will be an experienced moderator, both online and offline - Will be confident in running projects from proposals through to delivering presentations - Experience in quantitative research would also be an advantage - You will be engaging, switched on and looking to thrive in a growing environment
