Business Analyst / Business Support Analyst / Requirements Gathering / IT Solutions / Digital Solutions / As is / To be / Reading Permanent £45K plus excellent benefits I have great pleasure in working with a leading business in Reading who have a strong IT division, they are experiencing a steady growth period and due to this they have identified a need to hire a Business Analyst on a permanent basis. Business Analyst Specification: Business Analyst Able to demonstrate strong and innovative problem-solving skills. Demonstrable experience of challenging, understanding and building business processes within third party organisations Demonstrable experience in detailing requirements, as is and to be solutions Historical experience working across multiple domains and products. The ability to make decisions based on the right combination of data, knowledge and instinct. Experience of working in an Agile environment (especially Kanban and Scrum). Ability to consider both the end client and employer in all situations (Acting as a third party consultant). Ownership of challenges and genuine care about what you do and how you do it. Strong attention to detail.
