Overview
Due to a surge of new insolvency and advisory work, this leading national firm is looking to strengthen its South West Business Recovery team with a highly driven individual to undertake Business Restructuring work, predominately being corporate insolvency procedures, albeit with potential opportunities to obtain advisory experience. The successful individual will work on a diverse range of cases covering Administrations, Liquidations and CVA’s. You will take key decisions and ownership of cases, setting strategies for and driving case progression with the object of achieving full statutory and regulatory compliance. You will primarily be office-based in the South West though there will be opportunities for on site work particularly on trading Administrations. For the right individual there will be scope to undertake Advisory work (IBR, Cash flow Modelling, Contingency Planning, Options Analysis). For individuals looking to engage in sales/marketing initiatives, there will be plenty of opportunities. Applicants should possess strong corporate insolvency experience, excellent project management skills and the characteristics of an insolvency individual namely an ability to diffuse difficult situations, be calm under pressure and treat people with dignity and respect. This is an ideal role for someone seeking to further his or her career in Corporate Recovery in a department that has played a major role in many of the major insolvencies in the last decade.
