Overview

Chief of Staff - Based South of France and travelling to Italy & London. A new role has arisen for an affluent Italian family based in Monaco with a residence in London, Northern Italy and Eze in the South of France. You will be polished, professional with 8-10 years' experience running HNW Households, dealing with staff, rotas, hiring and HR issues. Able to handle refurbishments and estate management for the Principals and report back. Used to working with budgets and giving monthly reports on expenditure and travelling ahead of the Principal to prepare the residence and staff accordingly. A high level of communication is required and French or Italian would be a major plus point although English is the common language. Personable and intelligent with top forward planning skills. Dedicated with top references and able to travel when required. The family have grown children so the role is supporting the couple and their households, making things run smoothly and efficiently.
