Overview
A Global PR Agency, in one of the largest independent networks is looking for a Budget Controller to join their team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of revenue and assist in managing a Finance Team. This is a permanent opportunity reporting directly to a Financial Controller. The Role Ownership over revenue forecast ensuring revenue recognition is adhered to Lead WIP meetings with the operational team Analysis of work in progress billing Monthly reconciliations in order to demonstrate over burn / under burn Management over client profitability Support the wider finance team as necessary, including monthly reporting Client budget reporting Management of a Client accountant and also overseeing the work of a finance assistant The Person Great Communication skills are a necessity as you will be liaising with everyone of all levels within the business 3 - 5 Years Experience within a PR / Advertising agency within a similar role would be highly preferential Experience managing staff would be helpful Proactive and inquisitive with a keenness to assist in making processes smoother Due to the large number of applicants we receive from web-based job advertisements it is the policy of REDHAT only to contact candidates that have the relevant skill set for our current portfolio of clients.
