Overview
LMA Recruitment's client is financial services firm in the City, looking for a Sales Analyst to join their Sales Analytics department; the department is responsible for assigning credit for transaction to sales professionals, calculating commission payments, and reporting results. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Identifying and analysing complex sales orders such as cancellations, adjustments and contract merges Ensuring transactions are classified correctly in Salesforce for commissions calculation and sales reporting Working with sales managers to define territory coverage for the sale representatives Maintaining the sales transaction dataset in Salesforce Providing excellent customer services to the sales team, leveraging case management software to implement changes and respond to queries Requirements for this role include, but not limited to: Degree in Finance/Accounting or similar subject Experience within a finance or sales environment Experience with Salesforce CRM Strong communication skills
