Overview
Supervising Social Worker - Skype Interviews - IFA A well regarded national fostering provider with a unique therapeutic approach are looking for a Social Worker to join their team in East London. As a Supervising Social Worker you will provide support and supervision to a case load of experienced therapeutic carers in East London. Other aspects of the role will include: Form F assessments and panel presentation Monitoring and complying with all safeguarding aspects Participation in delivering of training for foster carers Completing annual review and initial visits The agency offers its own unique therapeutic approach when it comes to providing support for foster placements, as a result all staff are granted access to a variety training opportunities within this area. I To meet shortlisting criteria for this role you must be a Qualified Social Worker with at least 1 years post qualifying experience in Children's Services. You must have had some direct experience in working with Foster Carers and hold a Full UK Licence. It is also preferable that you have worked within a therapeutic setting although this is not mandatory.
