The company employ over 10,000 people, across 8 countries and have 50 sites Turning over in excess of £2.5 billion They remain family orientated, and you are not going to be treated as a number. Salary wise, we're talking £30,000 for the right Maintenance Engineer. Sounding good, right? Well, here's the experience that you'll need: The environment is Fast- so ideally, you'll have previous experience of working within Food/FMCG You'll enjoy Continuous Improvement and strive to increase efficiency Obviously, you'll be a Maintenance Engineer- preferably Multi-skilled Planned Maintenance is important within this Engineering department- you won't be a part-time Firefighter, part-time Maintenance Engineer for the entire shift. Obviously, from time to time you will perform Reactive Maintenance, but you'll have a real chance at driving efficiency and improvement across the site.
