Overview
A fantastic opportunity has become available. I'm looking for an experienced maintenance engineer of the facilities, no day is the same within this line of work as different reactive and ppm works are needed to be done on a daily basis. Your Key Responsibilities are; Overseeing of Sub Contractors. Ability to work alone & as part of a team. Have knowledge of multiple trades that contribute to the fabric of the building Be able to contribute to other tasks such as cleaning and litter picking. Experience working as a caretaker, maintenance engineer or within a trade This role will start off as a temporary position with the view of going permanent after a successful period. A full time role working Monday - Friday, with possible overtime on the weekend.
