Overview
A leading global Advertising Agency based in London are looking for a proactive Commercial Analyst to join their hard working team. This is a permanent opportunity offering study support. The role: Production cost (WIP) management for a portfolio of clients Lead WIP meetings with account teams to drive effective financial management across all clients Prepare a weekly executive summary of WIP status ahead of weekly reviews with the Commercial Controller Cash flow management- ensuring client money is available for production spends (incl. PO & supplier invoice approvals) Work closely with the Agency's shared service centre to ensure billings are processed in a timely manner Assisting producers with project reconciliations, ensuring these are finalised within the timeframe outlined in client contracts Supporting the agency and the Commercial team with ad hoc requests The person: Knowledge of basic excel functions 2 years experience within a Finance role Proactive, hands-on, positive team player Previous experience within a Media agency is highly advantageous Strong academics is desirable
