This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Semi Senior to join one of Oxford’s leading firms of Accountants and Business Advisers. Working as part of a successful and growing team, you will find this firm to offer a supportive, professional and friendly working environment. The role This role will be responsible for the preparation and completion of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and companies. Building strong working relationships both internally and externally. This position will provide support to the Client Relationship Managers whilst acting as a role model to junior staff. The person Ideally AAT qualified or part qualified ACCA Experienced in using an accounts production package and Excel Confident on cloud based software Able to build close working relationships with clients and proactively manage their expectations A confident communicator who works well autonomously A team player with good time management Committed to developing personally, both in terms of accounting knowledge and in acquiring a professional chartered or credited qualification Reliable, trustworthy and approachable Able to travel to client sites The Benefits Offering a 37.5 hour working week Monday to Friday, a competitive salary and benefits such as a group pension, pleasant working environment and excellent career progression opportunities.
