Portfolio Credit Control are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within an established Medical Company based in London. They are looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their growing team, this vacancy is offering up to £25,000. Contact clients to chase payments by following the process outlined by head of credit control. . Prepare and provide customer statements. Develop and maintain a relationship with key customers. Handle any telephone queries and enquiries made by clients. Reconcile credit balances on the accounts. Escalate overdue accounts to credit control supervisor. Any ad hoc projects as required by the head of credit control The Person Experience in a B2B Credit Controller/collections role. Experience with liaising with members of the public. Excellent analytical and influencing skills. Energetic, decisive and a team player. IT Literate.
