Overview
Transport for London are urgently recruiting an Interim Commercial Manager. Your new company Transport for London is looking to recruit an interim Commercial Manager. This role will be based in Croydon and will be for an 8 month period. This role is inside IR35, so you may only be paid through an umbrella company or PAYE. Your new role Your new role will be based within a team that procure infrastructure across London. You will be responsible for the end to end OJEU procurement within this category. This will include; researching the supplier market, tender preparation, evaluation and negotiating in order to obtain the best deals and awarding the contract. You will be responsible for the pre contract preparation as well as report writing. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you must have public sector procurement experience and be happy to lead on end to end OJEU tenders. You will have experience of procurement within infrastructure and knowledge of NEC3 contracts. CIPS or RICS qualified would be advantageous.
