This established Medical and Nursing organisation in Peterborough are looking for a driven finance professional to support their continued development and growth within the sector. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the daily running of the finance department alongside supporting the business decisions of the business through detailed reporting and analysis. Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for: Oversee all company accounts Create monthly and annual reports, with balance sheet and P&L analysis Responsibility for the month end processes; accruals prepayments and trial balance Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports with the Finance Director Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported and reconciliations are carried out to validate this Supporting the continued development of internal processes and systems Provide financial information to directly inform key strategic decisions undertaken by the business Profile The successful candidate for the Finance Manager will be: ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified Confident user of Excel, capable of handling large amounts of data Ambitious and driven candidate, confident in liaising with senior officials Flexible in their approach Previous exposure to the Medical and Nursing Sector would be advantageous Job Offer The successful candidate for the Finance Manager will be joining a leading Peterborough institution with the opportunity to have an immediate impact on their growth, receiving a competitive salary and benefits package.
