Building Manager Building Manager / Senior Concierge - Permanent - Central London Are you a proven Senior Concierge looking for your next career step? Are you customer focused, professional and take pride in Building Management? Are you looking for a permanent position in a great location with a leading employer? Our leading Property Management client is seeking a Building Manager to oversee a medium sized development near Baker Street. Working on site, you will oversee on site operations and contractors to ensure the building runs smoothly. You will take a hands on approach and also manage the front desk office and customer relations. Secure permanent work Excellent work setting in a prime location Fully supported by a leading Property management company Excellent rates of pay and benefits Duties Include: Oversee site contractors e.g. cleaners, builders, plumbers etc Ensure the building is clean, safe and tidy to use at all times Ensure coverage of the front desk for security and deliveries Liaise with residents and act as a contact point for any building related matters Conduct routine maintenance where required Conduct regular building and building systems checks Manage all incoming and outgoing post/parcels Report any issues or concerns to the Property Manager Experience Needed: Proven residential property experience Professional, motivated and customer focused Concierge / Building Manager experience H&S awareness Able to work on own initiative as well as under instruction Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
