Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Workshop and Aftersales team, based at our award-winning Truck Centre at Fradley Park, Lichfield. Working directly for the Group Aftermarket Manager you will manage all aspects of our Commercial Vehicle Truck, Trailer and LCV Workshop. You will have previous demonstrable experience running a Commercial Vehicle Workshop and you will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. You will lead our team of highly-qualified technicians to ensure the highest quality standards, with work managed to time, quality and cost whilst adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations. You will lead by example setting clear workloads whilst managing quality and performance KPIs to our and our partner (Renault) standards.
