Overview
Quality Manager (24-month FTC) Midlands £53,485 Please note interested candidates MUST have experience working in an FMCG retail environment along with a minimum of 3 years management experience. Reporting into the Quality Assurance Director, you’ll develop, recommend, implement and manage solutions that improve the collation and efficiency of QA data. Much of your role involves close collaboration with both internal and external partners. In a nutshell, you'll help ensure only the very best products are chosen for the stores.This is an excellent and varied role that plays a key role in this client’s reputation and success. You will be responsible for: Develop, recommend, implement and manage systems and processes that will improve the safety, quality and consumer satisfaction of all non-food special products sold by our client To ensure all products are safe and comply with current and relevant legislation, conform to guidelines and adhere to our client’s policies Supervise, lead and delegate work to each Quality Assurance Assistant in accordance to meeting project deadlines Through your team of two direct reports, you will devise and complete relevant testing regimes for new products, in order to help to drive and shape the technical strategy for this product area What's in it for you?
