Quality Assistant (12-month FTC) Midlands £31,600 Please note interested candidates MUST have professional work experience within the Quality Assurance sector. In this role the Quality Manager will rely on you and the rest of your team to provide a reliable, comprehensive support service. Essentially, you will help the department put products through their paces. This is an important and hugely varied role that supports the success in the marketplace, of this globally recognised Food Retailer, both now and in the future. You will be responsible for: Managing the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information, both incoming and outgoing with internal and external parties Assisting in the development and maintaining of QA systems, procedures and documentation Managing solutions to drive the efficiency of the QA processes and implementation across the business Supporting the QA Manager by being proactive and responsive What's in it for you? £31,600 rising in increments to £36,900 in year 5 5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays Be part of a leading international retailer A comprehensive training programme High levels of autonomy and responsibility Problem solving of real business challenges Selection Criteria: Professional work experience within Quality Assurance, preferably in an FMCG Retail environment (desirable) Educated to GCSE level, equivalent or above Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Able to multi-task, be proactive and work on own initiative both independently and as a team Able to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously At Inplace Recruitment we believe it is people that make the business succeed, the right people, expertly placed in the correct positions.
