Overview
Role: Workshop Controller Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 basic Our client is a Franchised Main Car Dealership based in Shrewsbury. They currently have the requirement for a Workshop Controller to join their existing workshop. Key Responsibilities: To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction. To distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers as part of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
