Overview
Administrator We are delighted to be supporting an award winning International Law FirmFirm with a new role as an Administrator. This company pride themselves on providing an extremely sociable environment for their employees thus ensuring you are rewarded for all of your contribution to the business The main focus of the Administrator will be to maintain a high standard of data quality for information recorded on the internal systems whilst ensuring compliance within the firm's policies, data regulations. Responsibilities: Manage the preparation, cleansing, matching, validation, de-duplication of an internal database Regular reporting and searching on the relevant systems to identify and correct poor quality data Use third party data sources as necessary to improve data quality Identify and trouble-shoot Ensure data is compliant Plan, manage and take ownership of tasks and projects and deliver results to deadlines. Assist Compliance team with a project to clean up the company data Provide general assistance to the Data Protection Manager and to Business Support Promote the firm's CRM system Candidate profile } Minimum 12 months experience of data cleansing and data quality practices. } Strong understanding of the importance of data compliance (such as GDPR) } Excellent attention to detail. } Enthusiastic, positive and proactive. } Strong communication skills. } 'Can do' attitude and flexible approach. } Self motivated and able to work under pressure. } Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
