Are you a passionate children's social worker looking to develop and specialise within fostering? This therapeutic and child focused agency are looking for a dedicated and passionate social worker, someone open to development and change and willing to learn and pick up how to become a supervising social worker. The role is open to applications from Newly Qualified Social Workers with fostering or looked after children experience as well as more experienced social workers looking to start a career away from frontline services. You will be supporting and developing foster carers in the Chatham area. As well as this you will also be instrumental in developing the region for planned growth with a small case load giving you additional time to be part of the planned growth plans.
