Low Caseloads - Qualified Senior Social Worker - Fostering Team - South West London Salary Depending on Experience: £35,200 - £42,700 NonStop's client based near Richmond has an excellent record for providing good outcomes for our vulnerable children through solid partnerships with targeted and universal services. You will support a caseload of foster carers with children in placement in addition to recruiting and assessing potential applicants. This includes promoting the professional service for foster carers with the aim of achieving improved outcomes for children. With this authority having capped caseloads at 15, this makes for a more manageable workload. Allowing social workers in the team more time on their cases and more balance with there work and home life. This local authority is committed to creating stronger communities and increasing resilience within children's services. Ensuring that people get the personalised care they need and additionally will create a better work life balances for the social workers. We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker with fostering, assessment and supervising experience. You must have a social worker Degree and a Social Work England registration.
