We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT Service Delivery team. The Desktop Suport Analyst will be responsible for all end user computing devices and related peripherals including the diagnosis and timely resolution of any hardware, software and network issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: Provide first class support for all end user requests - swiftly responding to all end-user support queries regardless on if approached directly, via email, phone or online messaging Troubleshoot & facilitate resolution of end-user hardware issues including but not limited to laptops, desktops, printers (network and local), iOS devices (mobile phones and tablets) and videoconferencing equipment Demonstrates confidence and effectiveness in correctly triaging, troubleshooting, resolving and presenting basic technical information from single users to large audiences both technical and non-technical Accountability for all tickets logged (incidents and service requests) to ensure a timely resolution and following an ITIL framework (Incident, Change and Problem Management) where relevant Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Facing, Analytical role providing IT Support Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Troubleshooting of Microsoft patches, software deployments, disk encryption policies, group policies and Antivirus software (Windows Defender, McAfee) ITIL Qualification Preferred If this sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you.
