The Team Our Global IT Corporate Team works collaboratively across the global, with local teams in every office providing user, systems, network, software and printer support in a challenging, fast paced environment. The Desktop Support Engineerwill work directly with the trading support desks, technology departments and back-office departments to understand and react to issues as they arise during the business day. About You The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize your workload, whether it be production issues, tickets or wider projects. You will be a motivated and energetic Desktop Support Engineerwith experience in supporting, configuring and installing Windows desktops and laptops, with experience in supporting Office 365, Microsoft Active directory, File servers and Intune. Your role will encompass tasks such as maintenance of PC security, training local users to use corporate software, conducting audits and inventory checks on existing hardware and software and developing details and accurate documentation of appropriate systems, software assets and inventory. Requirements * Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field * Solid experience with Windows and Linux is a plus * Experience in administering and troubleshooting Office 365 and Intune * Proven ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment * Experience in maintaining standards ad performance of LANS, PCs and related equipment/software * Ability to support and set up both iPhone and Android phones * Knowledge of Salesforce, Fuze, Jira/Confluence would be advantageous Does this sound like you?
