£25,000 | SW1W, London | Administrative Assistant Are you looking to join a dynamic organisation with a purpose? Do you have administrative experience and a positive can do attitude? A passionate Not for Profit organisation, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their diverse team. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and have experience working in a fast paced environment. Core Administrative Responsibilities The main point of contact for external callers, answer enquires and queries wherever possible or direct them to the appropriate person or team. This includes calls from the public concerning body donation, living donation, medical establishments, and the media. Provide project administration support as and when required across the organisation. Provide administrative support for company meetings and events. This will include drafting agendas, sending invitations, recording responses, collating materials and any other tasks as requested by the event organiser. Responsibility to notify Reception of daily visitors and meeting and greeting visitors at reception. Responsible for all travel and accommodation bookings for Authority Members and in addition, responsible for assisting the Board Secretary with event management of Authority meetings. Receive and action appropriately all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes. Pro-actively ensure general office equipment is in good working order and arranging for repairs when required. This includes ensuring printers are stocked with paper. Ensure that stationery and grocery levels are maintained at all times. Proactive in placing orders before stock becomes depleted. Responsible for the administration of inspection reports and uploading to the electronic database within the expected timeframes. Responsible for monitoring compliance with this process. Responsbility to maintain records and ensuring all documentation is recorded appropriately. Proof read, review, and format a range of documents as required ensuring they are in corporate style. Benefits: Pension Working hours: You will normally work 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Formal start and finish times can be flexible but to be agreed with your line manager.
