Interim Finance Manager for a High-End Hair Product Business Your new company My client are an international luxury retail hair brand based in London. They are an SME business and has been trading for a number of years, as a frontier in their market sector they have a strong household recognition. The head office is based in South-East London with newly furnished and quirky style host up to 40 staff members. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance leader who is looking to take responsibility of a finance team and have operational influence across the business. They also have a beauty clinic, which is developing strongly and bringing in c10% of the revenue. Your new role They are looking for someone to hit the ground running on the basic but fundamental accounting tasks and responsibilities. The daily tasks include: Management of the finance function and accounts system Monthly cash flow forecast Year-end accounts including preparation of full audit file ensuring balance sheet items for all companies are reconciled. Prepare payroll template VAT return Cashflow management / monitoring aged debtors and liaising with team to ensure these are chased Reviewing aged creditors regularly to ensure invoices are on system Ensure always cash available for payroll, taxes and month end payments to suppliers Quarterly report for Directors Go to person for HR matters and ensuring HR records are kept up to date What you'll need to succeed Must be fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant with experience in SME business. Would need to have 'hands-on' internal reporting experience in your recent role. What you'll get in return My Client are paying between £300 - £350 depending on experience.
