Accounts Receivable Officer - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Oxford City Centre Accounts Receivable Officer Salary Negotiable 12 Month FTC Oxford City Centre Your new company Your new company is based in central Oxford and works with governments and organisations around the globe, with a focus on development and research. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to broaden and utilise their existing skills. Your new role As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the positing and allocation of cash receipts, maintenance of the sales ledger - which will be multiple entity and multiple currency and hold the task of investigating and resolving historic allocation differences. You will be required to produce reporting on debtors, and to communicate these to senior stakeholders. Furthermore, you will review sales invoices making sure they are correctly coded, and that the VAT is correctly applied. You will also be dealing with VAT queries, credit checks and other ad-hoc tasks. What you'll need to succeed This is a stand-alone Accounts Receivable position, you will need to have significant reconciliation experience and be confident navigating systems, you will also be confident working independently and leading process improvement. You will need to feel confident and have considerable experience in the above aspects of the position.
