An exciting new job opportunity for a 12 month contract circa £180 per day based in Reading Circa £180 VAT per day 12 month contract Reading, Berkshire UK Your new company We are a well-established pension service with a large influence within the UK market. We are now undertaking a project to enhance our web services and developing a portal to provide crucial information to our clients and members in a user-friendly way. As such, we are now recruiting for a Senior Systems Analyst. Your new role As part of a small team of specialists, you will deliver cutting edge and innovative technology solutions. You will work alongside the Business Service Group to ensure the new technology aligns with our existing systems and that the technology meets the needs of our clients. Aspects of the role include data manipulation, producing "dummy" data reports to support the calculation and modelling capabilities we have developed. You will provide accurate and consistent results through accurate analysis. You will be expected to provide support and guidance to the less experienced analysts working on the project. What you'll need to succeed You will manipulate data sets and have the ability to create and map the data to a common format. You will have experience with ETL processes, design and be familiar with SQL and SSIS. You will be able to review and extract data from several different sources. You will be familiar with the reporting tools and have a strong understanding of reporting tools and the concepts within them such as domains and catalogues.
