Our client is a leading and award-winning Financial Recruiter who have been a market leader since their inception 20 years ago. They are looking for a manger to inherit and build an existing team of 5 consultants. Job Title: Recruitment Manager Salary: C£50k-£65k negotiable dependent on experience Location: City of London The Company: As the leading financial recruitment firm in London, my client’s 2019 revenue was £35million. With 137 staff operating across the Financial and Accounting markets they have an enviable client base working with both SME’s and a large proportion of the FTSE 100. They are a multi award winning company and are a pioneer in creating an excellent working environment. They are consultative in their approach and believe in a work life balance. The Position: To manage and build out an existing permanent team of 5 consultants within the Financial markets- into both Banking and C&I. You will also be a billing manager so you will expected to build up your own desk. The Candidate: You will be a Senior Consultant looking for the next step or a current manager working in Financial Recruitment. You will be able to show a good level of billings (£180k ) and ideally some level of management.
