Overview
Our client is currently looking to recruit a 2 nd / 3 rd Line Application Support engineer to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a 2 nd line / 3 rd line IT Support Engineer and be confident providing application support.You will be a driven and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills.Within the role you will install, support and manage a large portfolio of bespoke application and tasks will include patching of server operating systems, application upgrades, system configuration, documentation, diagnosis and supplier management.Alongside the BAU support you will also be heavily involved in project work, including system implementations. The ideal candidate will be experienced providing 2 nd / 3 rd support and ideally have exposure to Office 365, PowerShell and Networking technologies, however these aren’t essential.
