The IT services are constantly growing and projects and always challenging. Person Specification: Certain roles need certain people and those people need certain skills. In this situation we need people that have multiple skills and are happy to be diverse. Firstly you will need to provide 2nd/3rd line application support. Secondly you will need to be able to install, support several internal applications. Thirdly you will be required to do, application upgrades, system configuration, documentation, diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex issues. Essential Requirements Strong 2nd/3rd line application support Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Desirable Experience O365, PowerShell, Networking technologies. Experience in managing relationships with 3rd party software providers Demonstrable skills administering Microsoft Exchange
