2nd/3rd Application Support - (up to 35k) - Newcastle upon Tyne Benefits: Flexible hours/ Pension/Training/ Free parking This company are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic IT all-rounders to join a friendly, supportive team providing 2nd/3rd line application support. As a successful applicant you will install, support, and proactively manage a large portfolio of commercial applications. Tasks will include regular patching of server operating systems, application upgrades, system configuration, documentation, diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex issues, and supplier management. You will also be involved in a number of new system implementation projects that are currently underway. Essential Requirements * Wide-ranging experience providing 2nd/3rd line application support * Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desirable Experience * O365, PowerShell, Networking technologies. * Experience in managing relationships with 3rd party software providers * Demonstrable skills administering Microsoft Exchange To find out more and apply please send you most up to date CV to k.ferguson@nigelfrank.com Apply Now
