Would you like to be the CTO for a market-leading professional service organisation? Do you seek a mature and professional working environment? A top 100 recruitment company who previously outsourced their IT requirements are looking to in-house all tech requirements and create their own technology division. As part of this divisional creation, the company are looking for a CTO to manage a team that spans numerous, international offices and help create a culture of excellence. With he company only recently implementing a cloud system, this represents a one of a kind opportunity for a CTO to enter a £100 million company that has no legacy issues and mould an entire division from the ground up, creating something you can call your own. The organisation also have plans in place to significantly grow their technology division over the next 3 years, meaning the CTO position will be continuously increasing in stature within and importance to the company The key responsibilities of the Chief Technical Officer include: Developing the technical aspects of the company’s strategy Ensuring the system infrastructure of the organisation is functioning and working efficiently, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics Track, analyse and monitor the technology performance metrics, both divisional and company wide Assist other departments in using the technology and CRM system as effectively as possible Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture Manage a team of 15 worldwide and cover the company’s technological needs across the US, UK and Asia The ideal Chief Technology Officer will have: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written An in depth understanding and experience using Microsoft Dynamics Strong man management, having previously dealt with a team of 5 or more Experience within the recruitment sector Roles like this don’t stay on the market for long so if this sounds like your dream job then apply now
