This is an exicting opportunity for a driven customer service professional to join a fantastic company based in Croydon. If you are fluent in German, have proven experience in sales/customer service and have experience within logisitics then this is the role for you. Client Details This is a leading client based in Croydon who a market leaders within their industry. They are looking for customer focused individual with experience in a customer service and sales export environment. This individual will need to be fluent in German. Description Key responsibilities include: First point of contact for all key accounts Working to agreed standards and service level agreements to provide customer service excellence for the organisation and for the dispatch and processing of orders Monitoring customer accounts, initiating and following credit control procedures Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and internal departments Dealing with all the order entry, administration and tracking of the key accounts order Logging all complaints, resolving these in a professional and efficient manner Sales order processing Profile The successful candidate will be: Fluent in German Proven customer service experience with a genuine desire to provide exceptional Export and logistics knowledge Ideally B2B background Proven administration skills Ability to multi-task Assertive Job Offer This is a permanent full time position based in Croydon, paying a competitive salary with a great benefits package
