It is the world's first football stock market. They are currently operating in the UK, Canada, Sweden and Ireland with further plans to expand in the future in terms of both geography and also developing a broader product offering. The role Offering an agile, fast-paced and challenging environment, you will have the opportunity to make a direct contribution to the successes and rapid growth of this business. The recruitment of a highly talented Senior Non-Functional Test Engineer is pivotal to their continuing success. You will be responsible for ensuring all Non-Functional platform requirements have a clear, viable and valid testing approach that meets the needs of current and future business expectations. You will part of the senior team in setting out the plans and approaches in metting the needs of the change roadmap and scale effect of the planned growth, but you also remain a hands-on technical expert in designing, running and refining test capabilities. Current stack: React, Redis, Node.js, Python, Java, Elastic Search, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS EKS, Heroku, Docker, Kubernetes Key responsibilities include: Design, develop and execute NFR testing assets Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities Identity, record, document thoroughly and track system bottlenecks and integrity issues Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Review requirements, specification and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Suggest processes, workflows and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of the QA chapter Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be a high calibre Performance Engineer/SRE with a proven track record of producing Packages and Reusable NFR test harnesses. Other requirements include: Demonstrated ownership of NFR testing strategies Demonstrated value adding results in fast scale-up, peak-transaction processing businesses Proven work experience in software quality assurance though leadership Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Strong knowledge of integration testing, security testing, user accepting testing, usability testing Experience working in an Agile/Scrum or Kanban development process Please send your CV and covering information to apply for this fantastic opportunity.
