Finance Manager | Culture- Focused Food Business | London We are pleased to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing food businesses on the hire of a Finance Manager. They have incredibly humble beginnings and started out trading on a market stall a few years ago. Since then, they have grown the business and are partnering with many of the leading food, retail and hospitality businesses in the UK. The business is growing from strength to strength and they are looking to hire a Finance Manager to support them in the next phase of their growth. The company offers a fast-paced environment full of dynamic, driven and passionate people. You will be joining a close-knit, fun team that organise lots of social events and reward you for your hard work. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a fast growing FMCG brand from the ground up. As well as having ownership of the UK finance function, you will have a broad exposure to the operations function and will assist with the day to day running of the supply chain. They expect that this role will progress into the Head of Finance within the next 2-3 years. The Role: Responsibility for month end including prepayments, accruals and journals Responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet Management of the Sales and Purchase ledgers Management of the Finance Assistant Complete the bank reconciliations Budgeting and forecasting Modelling to support the Founders with decision making Manage planning and stock Build great relationships with the supply chain teams What we need to see: Finalist or Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) Xero Strong excel skills Excellent communication skills Self-starter Offered Package: Up to £45,000 Please get in touch with Emily for more information.
