Our client based in Crewe is looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join their team Your new company Our client based in Crewe is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser to join their team on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2020. Your new role You'll be the 1st point of contact for customers of the business and your main responsibilities will be: answering inbound calls from customers, dealing with any queries about products, managing complaints and taking telephone orders. Your shifts will be on a rota which you will receive in advance and your working hours are annualised meaning they may fluctuate from week to week however, salary is annualised so wage is not affected. What you'll need to succeed You'll have experience working within customer services and be flexible to work to meet business needs. You'll have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy working in a target driven environment.
