Overview
Right now we're looking for an outstanding Finance Manager/Director to join our clients team. The Role Reporting into the Head of Finance and as a member of the On Trade Management Team, you and your team will provide first-class performance management, planning, business partnering services and strategic industry insight to form medium and long term strategic plans. You will drive functional and cross-functional alignment between On Trade business and the overall business strategy to strive towards value share, Return on Net Assets and Return on Sales targets. Leading the creation, monitoring and reporting of the 3-year plan, aligning the investment plan with impact on cash flow, you will proactively work with On Trade business area to (i) identify, analyse and exploit commercial business opportunities and intervene on fundamental issues to ensure growth within the wider business; and (ii) identify common processes within the business and ensure compliance combined with ensuring specific processes are established and implemented in accordance with Global business practices. About You Managing a team of 9 Finance Analysts and Senior Finance Analysts You will be a qualified accountant with 7 years commercial experience with significant experience as a leader in a finance environment. You will be able to Influence behaviour & decisions which have improved business results, You will be commercially astute with experience in identifying and shaping opportunities and risks On Trade experience within a similar industry is a must You will have demonstrable experience in strategic business planning and management and will have a track record of setting and delivering financial targets.
