Overview
Our client is ideally searching for a chartered accountant with exposure to USA GAAP and SOX to join their dynamic and expanding business as a Financial Controller. Based in north London you will manage a team and be responsible for signing off on the accuracy and completeness of the profit and loss accounts for all departments within the company. The role will encompass: Manage a team who will coordinate and produce the monthly and quarterly management reports and analysis Preparing annual budgets and forecasts using excel models Work closely with the Finance Director and Directors to consider, review and formulate business planning information to further efficiencies, effectiveness and growth of the business Manage the workload and output of the Finance team. Recruit, retain and develop a high performing team as well as setting high standards and performance goals for each team member.
