Overview
Rapidly growing SME - Energy Sector - Gloucestershire Hays Senior Finance have been retained and working elusively with our client based on the outskirts of Cheltenham who are looking to take on an ambitious and driven Head of Finance. You will be responsible for taking lead on all financial activities for the group and its affiliates. In this role you will head up the central services function which includes finance, business planning, marketing, investor reporting, office management, insurance, HR, health and safety and any other corporate activates required by the business. The role will initially have two direct reports, a Financial Accountant and an Office manager, which is expected to expand to six in the next 2 years the business areas. You will report into the finance and operations Director based in off site and work closely with the heads of the 4 divisions under your remit. You will be at least 3 years post qualified and have a proven track record within SME businesses.
