The are transitioning from a being a service provider to becoming a leading product company that offers testing services through a world class platform. As a Head of Software, you will be responsible for leading and executing our development strategy. As such, you will likely have previous experience of significantly contributing to revenue growth at a scale up technology company. What you’ll be doing. Develop and own the end-to-end Development strategy. Manage and deploy budgets Coaching and mentoring development team including code reviews, higher level software design and direct management. Working with vendors to explore third party capabilities and secure contracts Report on Development performance to the board A large part of the role will be to lead the rebuild of our customer and tester portal - the key strategic priority for the organisation in 2020.
