Overview
Our client, a leading Insurer who are based in the South East are looking to recruit a Claims Client Account Manager to join their growing claims division. This role is to provide oversight of the Binder Partners whilst at the same time ensuring internal governance obligations are met. You will be tasked with undertaking necessary reporting and controls across the portfolio and drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning in the claims team. You as the ideal candidate will ideally have experience with Delegated Authority Arrangements as well as having a working knowledge of applicable local regulations. In addition to this, you will have strong interpersonal skills and a strong personality as you will be dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders on a day to day basis.
