Overview
Have you got experience working in a technology start up? Do you want to work with some highly ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs? Are you comfortable managing far more than just finance? This is the first Chief Financial Officer the firm have ever hired and it is a truly critical position for them. The business is building towards a complex series B raise and this individual will have a significant impact on the success of the business. This pivotal individual will be at the forefront of not just financial but all operational and commercial initiatives. As CFO, you will be highly influential in building the path to success for this company, building key relationships and driving the understanding of the unit economics. What will you be doing? In-house and develop the finance function Collaborate with the CEO throughout fundraising process Build relationship with current venture capitalist firm Build first class financial analysis based on specific unit economics metrics What are we looking for? ACA qualified Experience in an investment bank, private equity or transaction services focused consulting Tech start-up experience Taken a business from Series A to Series B Commercial and imaginative mindset International experience Strong financial modelling skill-set Experience putting together a special purpose vehicle would be helpful What is on offer?
