South West London Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm £24,500pa This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading firm as the branch Sales Branch Coordinator. This role will be very busy and sometimes demanding, so previous Sales Administration experience within Property would be very beneficial. Duties of the Sales Branch Coordinator: Drawing up Sales Memorandums Putting properties on portals Helping negotiators with all admin duties Taking calls from vendors and buyers Liaising with solicitors when needs be Ordering office supplies Character profile of the Sales Branch Coordinator: Organised Personable Can-do, positive attitude Someone who can keep the negotiators in check Enjoys supporting a team Good attention to detail Wants to be part of a very successful team Can work under pressure and meet deadlines Package for the Sales Branch Coordinator: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm £24,500pa This is a role centred round supporting a Sales team, so the chosen Sales Administrator needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a support role, work as a team player as well as having the customer service skills that are required to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
