Overview
A renowned global law firm with over 100 years of history and offices spread across America, The Middle East, Asia and Australia is looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join their City of London based finance systems team. As the Finance Systems Manager you would be managing a small team and be responsible for improving and driving change across the firms systems. You would be mainly responsible for: Work with colleagues in the Finance Systems team to keep up the smooth running of existing arrangements Maintain finance systems, supporting their continuing build and integration, and partnering with IT to understand the challenges they face Manage and identify the impact of changes to financial processes and controls Lead the design and maintenance of the report creation, including using SQL and other reporting tools Foreign exchange maintenance, including running the unrealised foreign exchange process on Elite 3E at financial year end and posting to the general ledger Maintain the data integrity between all finance systems that integrate with the core accounting system Elite 3E Facilitating and testing any new software updates Support internal systems changes in respect of budgeting and year end activities As the firms Finance Systems Manager you would ideally bring the following experience to the role: Finance Qualification with 10 years of working in a finance systems role Experience working with Elite 3E Strong Excel and data analysis Knowledge and experience of how to manage all parts of the full system lifecycle If you feel you are the right person for this role, then please apply today
